Refunds:

Refunds will be issued via the same method used for payment.

Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 30 days.

No additional fees will be charged for the refund. 

Replacements:

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, email us with a photo of the item and your order number.

Report any issues within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a replacement.
